Bedjo Untung

Bedjo Untung is a prominent Indonesian activist and the leader of the Yayasan Penelitian Korban Pembunuhan 1965, an organization focused on investigating and advocating for the victims of political killings during the 1965 anti-communist purge in Indonesia. He has been vocal in opposing the proposal to award former President Suharto the title of national hero, asserting that Suharto's legacy is marred by human rights abuses and corruption during his regime.
