Bedriye Uslu

Bedriye Uslu is a mother from Diyarbakır whose son, Mahmut, was abducted by the PKK in 2010. She has been participating in a sit-in protest since September 3, 2019, alongside other families whose children have been taken by the terrorist organization. Uslu expresses her longing for her son’s return, stating that their family celebrations are overshadowed by the absence of their children, and she holds hope for a peaceful resolution.
