Behice Kilvan was a resident of Beykent village in the Kurtalan district of Siirt, Turkey, known for spending her summers in her hometown. Tragically, she and her husband, Hüseyin, lost their lives due to an electrical accident in their home, leading to a heartbreaking incident that drew attention to safety concerns in rural areas.
