Beiglarian is the Director General of Crisis Management in Ilam Province, Iran. Recently, he was in the news for announcing the closure of all primary and secondary schools, educational centers, and universities in the province due to ongoing heavy rainfall, cold weather, and freezing conditions. His decision also included a delay in the opening hours of government agencies and banks to ensure public safety amid adverse weather conditions.
