Beksultan Kylishbaev is a local police inspector recognized for his bravery and quick response in rescuing 24 horses stranded in the swollen waters of the Bala Kobda River in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan. On March 18, 2025, he utilized a rubber boat to navigate the dangerous waters alongside a local resident, successfully bringing the horses to safety after a prolonged effort.
