Bela Morkus

Bela Morkus is a remarkable Lithuanian athlete and a fighter who overcame immense personal challenges, including serious health issues and the tragic loss of her mother at a young age. Born premature with a heart defect, she faced a tumultuous childhood marked by physical limitations and bullying. Despite numerous health setbacks, including strokes and a spinal injury, Bela found strength through her family support and her love for sports. She became a Paralympic medalist, representing Lithuania and inspiring countless others with her resilience and determination.
