Bella Culley is an 18-year-old British teenager from Billingham, Teesside, who is currently held in a Georgian prison on suspicion of drug offences. She is the great-granddaughter of John Cook, a former Labour MP, and has been in the news after being reported missing in Thailand before her arrest in Tbilisi, where authorities seized a significant quantity of narcotics from her possession.
