Bellal Khan

Bellal Khan, a 58-year-old member of the Volunteer Party and a resident of Shuktigarh Union in Rajapur, has recently been involved in a controversy regarding the alleged taking of a cow from a housewife named Nargis Begum, reportedly over a debt issue. He claims to have taken the cow to settle a 20,000 Taka debt owed by Nargis's husband, asserting that he would return the cow upon receiving the payment.
