Bello Kaliel

Bello Kaliel was a retired Colonel in the Nigerian Army and served as the Minister of Water Resources during the presidency of Olusegun Obasanjo. He was part of a committee tasked with assessing the violence against Northerners in Lagos State during the 2000 crisis.
