Ben Paczek

Ben Paczek is the founder and chief executive of the Polish start-up Nevomo, which is innovating in the field of railway electrification with its electromagnetic propulsion system. This technology retrofits existing tracks with an aluminum cable that generates a magnetic field to propel freight wagons independently, eliminating the need for traditional locomotives. Paczek's vision includes increasing the density of freight transportation while ensuring safety and efficiency, with plans for implementations in Germany and India.
