Benedetto XIV

Benedetto XIV, also known as Pope Benedict XIV, was the head of the Catholic Church from 2005 to 2013. He is remembered for his theological contributions and pastoral care, and his visit to Pavia in 2007 to pay homage to St. Augustine highlighted his dedication to the Augustinian heritage and the importance of faith in contemporary society.
