Benedikt Fohr

Benedikt Fohr is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, a position he has held since 2018. Originally from Germany, Fohr has extensive experience in arts administration and has worked with various prestigious orchestras and cultural institutions. He is known for his efforts to enhance the orchestra's profile both locally and internationally, as well as for fostering community engagement through music. In March 2025, it was announced that he would be stepping down from his role in July of the same year.
