Benito Valenti, also known as 'Buana Benito', was an Italian man involved in a notorious human trafficking scheme during the 1960s. He lured young women with false job advertisements promising lucrative positions in Liberia, only to exploit them in bars and other establishments in Monrovia. His activities led to an international investigation, revealing the dark reality of exploitation and trafficking of women during that era.
