Beniyahu Malt was a soldier in the Israel Defense Forces who served in the reserves with Brigade 16, comprising veterans of the Nahal Brigade's Battalion 50. He was killed in a terrorist attack while on duty, having been recognized for his contributions and selected for officer training shortly before his death.
