Benjamin Harris

Benjamin Harris is a marine ecologist and postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Exeter. He specializes in investigating the role of seafloor-dwelling organisms in shaping the ocean's carbon balance, particularly in relation to how these organisms influence carbon storage in sediments. As part of the Convex Seascape Survey, he is actively involved in research that aims to understand the mechanisms of carbon sequestration in maritime environments, particularly in dynamic ecosystems like Algoa Bay.
