Benjamin Odoki

Justice Benjamin Odoki is the Chairperson of the Panel of Experts on Constitutional Matters and a former Chief Justice of Uganda. He recently underscored the necessity of public participation in the constitutional drafting process for the East African Community, asserting that the Constitution should represent the interests and needs of the people of East Africa.
