Benjamin Timmy Feagin

Benjamin 'Timmy' Feagin, 64, was a retired individual who moved to Ruidoso, New Mexico, to be closer to family and fulfill his dream of becoming a cowboy. Tragically, he was one of the victims who lost his life when torrential rains caused flash flooding in the area.
