Berlinesa Franco

Berlinesa Franco was the director of the National Institute for Comprehensive Attention to Early Childhood (Inaipi) in the Dominican Republic during a critical period from 2016 to 2020. She resigned in April 2020 amid allegations of irregularities in procurement processes, particularly related to the purchase of emergency supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
