Bernard E. Harcourt, born in 1963, is a prominent political and legal scholar who has studied at elite institutions such as Princeton and Harvard. Currently, he serves as a professor at Columbia University and the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris, where he is also the scientific director.
