Berthe Aimée Mounguengui

Berthe Aimée Mounguengui is the president of the collective of former hospital agents from the CNSS in Gabon, advocating for the recognition and regularization of their employment status after 14 years of uncertainty following the transfer of hospitals to the state. She has been a vocal leader in the fight for justice and dignity for her colleagues, many of whom are aging and have faced significant challenges due to unresolved administrative issues.
