Berzat Aliriza

Berzat Aliriza is the elder brother of Medin and co-manager of the Aliriza family's pastry shop, Berzo, in Vrhnika. Like his brother, he studied economics but opted to uphold the family's rich tradition of baking, which dates back to their great-grandfather's establishment in 1932. Together, the brothers work to maintain the shop's reputation for producing some of Slovenia's finest krofi, particularly during the bustling pre-Lenten season.
