Bestman D. Juah, Sr.

Cllr. Bestman D. Juah, Sr. is the President of the National Association of Public Defenders of Liberia (NAPDOL), recognized for his advocacy in enhancing the legal representation of indigent defendants in Liberia. He has commended Justice Yamie Quiqui Gbeisay for his significant contributions to empowering lawyers and improving the Public Defenders' Program, which aims to ensure access to justice for all individuals, regardless of their financial status.
