Bhandav Bhatt

Bhandav Bhatt, a 52-year-old individual from Khocchalek in the Dogadakedar Rural Municipality of Baitadi, was recently arrested for allegedly distributing cash and election training materials to influence voters during a silent election period. He was found in possession of 79,500 Nepali Rupees and other election-related materials when apprehended by an armed police patrol.
