Bibigul Zhexenbai

Bibigul Zhexenbai is a member of the Senate of Kazakhstan who has recently been in the news for proposing measures to limit the distribution of unhealthy food products and to consider implementing an additional tax on sugary foods and energy drinks to combat rising obesity rates in the country.
