Biện Thị Liên

Biện Thị Liên is a 32-year-old Vietnamese chef who, after enduring a traumatic childhood marked by the loss of family members, found hope and purpose through her involvement with KOTO, a social enterprise that supports disadvantaged youth. Overcoming significant personal challenges, she has built a successful career in the culinary field, including a recent opportunity to work in Australia. Liên is dedicated to honoring her late brother's dream of becoming a chef, and she has also rebuilt her childhood home as a tribute to her family.
