Bilal Arwal

Bilal Arwal is a 41-year-old Syrian immigrant who has lived in Austria for ten years since arriving during the 2015 refugee crisis. He runs a popular food stall called 'Al Shami' at the Brunnenmarkt in Vienna, serving traditional Syrian dishes and showcasing the culture of his hometown, Damascus.
