Bilferi Hutapea is a lecturer in Educational Technology at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of West Sulawesi (Unsulbar). He has expressed gratitude for the government's recent fulfillment of demands for performance allowances for civil servant lecturers and is actively involved in improving educational standards and teacher welfare in Indonesia.
