Bill Frost

Bill Frost, 73, was the chairman of the Stockport Schools Student Union when they booked David Bowie for a gig in 1970. He vividly remembers the thrill of hosting Bowie, who was on the verge of stardom, and the logistical challenges involved in rearranging the concert date with Bowie's agent.
