Bill Garland

Bill Garland is a fellow Waikato farmer and a past regional and national chairman of the Ballance Farm Environment Awards. He collaborated with Gordon Stephenson to promote sustainable farming practices and played a significant role in the establishment of the Waikato Farm Environment Awards, which recognize farmers' contributions to environmental stewardship.
