Birgitte Frisch

Birgitte Frisch is a special advisor at the Norwegian Ministry of Defence, who recently communicated the substantial legal costs incurred by the department in relation to a conflict with the Spanish shipyard Navantia over the sinking of the frigate Helge Ingstad.
