Bitrus Daniyan

Bitrus Daniyan is a 53-year-old man who was recently discharged from court after being accused of indecently assaulting his seven-year-old daughter. The Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions found insufficient evidence to proceed with the case, leading to his release. Daniyan has since filed a motion to dismiss a guardianship application by his late wife's sisters, who are seeking custody of his daughter.
