Boaz Karchmer

Boaz Karchmer is a member of Kibbutz Tze'elim and the chairman of the Nahal HaBesor Management Committee, who initiated the creation of the 'Bivs Footprints' memorial to honor the memory of the Bivs family. Inspired by the need for a powerful tribute following the tragic events of October 7, Karchmer led efforts to establish a site that reflects both the loss experienced and the enduring presence of the family in the hearts of the community.
