Boaz Levitt

Boaz Levitt, 75, is a third-generation descendant of the founders of the Israeli settlement of Metula, where his family once owned fertile agricultural land in the region now part of Lebanon. He recalls childhood memories of working the land and has been actively advocating for the return of these lands, which were taken following the 1950 armistice agreements between Israel and Lebanon. Levitt's dedication to this cause reflects a deep familial connection to the land and a commitment to fulfill the promises made to his ancestors.
