Bob Hamel

Bob Hamel is the stepfather of JD Vance, having adopted him after marrying Beverly Vance. Although not much is publicly known about him, he provided a stable home environment for JD during his formative years, especially after the challenges posed by JD's biological father and mother's struggles with addiction.
