Bodhidharma

Bodhidharma is a legendary figure credited with introducing Zen Buddhism to China and is often associated with the development of Kung Fu at the Shaolin Temple. According to tradition, he meditated for nine years in a cave, ultimately leading to the enhancement of physical training for the monks, merging spiritual discipline with martial arts.
