Bolívar Orlando Rosales Morocho

Bolívar Orlando Rosales Morocho was a second corporal in the Ecuadorian National Police who tragically lost his life on March 1, 2023, during a confrontation with criminals in Esmeraldas. His death prompted an outpouring of grief from his community in Urcuquí, where he was remembered for his dedication and respect towards others. He leaves behind a young wife and a four-year-old daughter.
