Boris Allara

Boris Allara is the subdirector of the Instituto Panameño Autónomo Cooperativo (Ipacoop), known for his recent defense of the legal cancellation of the cooperative linked to the Sindicato Único de los Trabajadores de la Construcción y Similares (Suntracs). In a public statement, he emphasized that the decision was made in accordance with the law and addressed concerns regarding irregularities discovered during an audit. Allara is committed to protecting the integrity of the cooperative system and has stated that the Suntracs cooperative could still seek legal recourse following the cancellation.
