Boris Dubalaru

Boris Dubalaru, a neurolog at the Florești District Hospital in Moldova, was recently found guilty of multiple counts of passive corruption for accepting bribes in exchange for determining disability grades and directing patients to private clinics. He has been ordered to pay a fine of 150,000 lei and is prohibited from holding any leadership position within the Ministry of Health for a period of one year and six months.
