
Boris Teodor Paš
Boris Teodor Paš, born Boris Fjorodovič Paškovski, was a prominent figure during World War II, leading the Alsos Mission to secure German nuclear secrets before the Soviets could. His leadership and dedication to preventing the spread of communism marked him as a key player in the early development of the Manhattan Project. Despite his Russian roots and initial opposition to communism, Paš lived much of his life in the United States, where he worked as an educator and later focused on documenting his experiences through memoirs. He passed away in 1995.
