Boubacar Diany

Boubacar Diany is the Minister of Energy and Water for the Republic of Mali and serves as the rotating president of the Council of Ministers of the Senegal River Basin Development Organization. He recently participated in the 78th regular session of the council held in Nouakchott, where he emphasized regional cooperation and solidarity among member states as they advance the river navigation strategy, which is critical for regional integration.
