Boubacar Yacine Diallo

Boubacar Yacine Diallo is the president of the Haute Autorité de la Communication of the Republic of Guinea and serves as the vice-president of the platform of audiovisual regulators of the UEMOA and Guinea. He is a prominent figure in the field of media regulation, advocating for stronger protections against audiovisual content piracy and promoting cooperation among member states. Recently, he was in the news for leading a delegation to meet with the Prime Minister of Burkina Faso, Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo, to discuss the challenges of content piracy and the importance of regulating digital media.
