Boudica

Boudica was a queen of the Iceni tribe in Britain who led a major uprising against the occupying Roman forces around AD 60-61. After suffering personal and tribal injustices at the hands of the Romans, she united various tribes in a revolt that resulted in the destruction of several Roman settlements, including Londinium. Her legacy endures as a symbol of resistance against oppression.
