Bradman Veerakoon

Bradman Veerakoon was a distinguished civil servant and notable government administrator in Sri Lanka, who passed away at the age of 94. He had a remarkable career serving as a secretary under seven prime ministers and three presidents, beginning his civil service in 1954. His early education was at Holy Cross College in Kalutara, followed by secondary education at St. Thomas' College. He later attended the University of Peradeniya, where he earned degrees in economics and social sciences, furthering his studies with a master's degree in social sciences from the University of Michigan, USA.
