Brecken Baxter

Brecken Baxter is a teenage girl from Milwaukee who faced a life-threatening situation during a severe flash flood that impacted her home. While she and her sister Brailey were alone as their parents were away for the weekend, Brecken called her father to report the flooding that was rapidly entering their residence. The sisters successfully navigated the crisis and were eventually rescued by emergency crews.
