Bred Skvajers

Bred Skvajers is a Canadian former police officer who, in 2012, along with his then-girlfriend Anita Moran, tossed a wine bottle containing a love letter into the ocean as a romantic gesture. The letter, written during their long-distance relationship, has gained attention after being discovered 13 years later on an Irish beach.
