Breiner Rivas

Breiner Rivas is a young engineer who graduated at the top of his class from the Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán. He was selected for the Generación Bicentenario scholarship to study a Master's in Agribusiness at the University of Buenos Aires. Rivas faced a setback when his scholarship was revoked due to a classification error regarding his field of study.
