Brett Henderson is a bakery owner from Whangamatā, New Zealand, who was recently involved in a high-profile jury trial concerning a collision with a pedestrian, Duane Jackison. The Crown alleged that Henderson acted out of anger when he struck Jackison with his vehicle, leading to a serious injury.
