Brian Atkins

Brian Atkins is an entrepreneur and one of the early supporters of Eliezer Yudkowsky's work on artificial intelligence. He, alongside his wife Sabine, was instrumental in providing Yudkowsky with funding to explore the potential future of superintelligence through the Singularity Institute for Artificial Intelligence, which aimed to promote the beneficial development of AI.
