Brian Yuliantoro

Brian Yuliantoro is an accomplished academic and researcher, recently appointed as the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology in Indonesia. He is a professor at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), specializing in nano and quantum technology. Brian has earned his bachelor's degree from ITB and completed both his master's and doctoral degrees at the University of Tokyo. His innovative research on nanomaterial-based sensors for detecting hazardous gases and developing medical biosensors has garnered him recognition, including the prestigious Habibie Prize in 2024.
