Bríet Klara Björnsdóttir

Bríet Klara Björnsdóttir, a 15-year-old girl from Iceland, was recently diagnosed with a rare type of cancer, one of the rarest forms of the disease. After undergoing a significant surgery in June to remove the tumor, she is on the road to recovery and is committed to using her experience to help others facing similar challenges. Bríet is also participating in fundraising efforts for the Styrktarfélag krabbameinssjúkra barna, demonstrating resilience and a desire to give back despite her recent health struggles.
